Stéphane Bérubé

 Stéphane Bérubé has close to 20 years of experience in the beauty industry.

After graduating from the Universite Laval in Quebec in 1996 with a Business degree, he started his career in Toronto as an Assistant Brand Manager for an international cosmetics and consumer goods company.

In 2002, he joined L'Oreal Canada as a Marketing Director for the Maybelline New York brand, where he contributed to the success of the brandfs partnership with Star Academie, which garnered the team the Marketer of the Year award in 2003. He then moved on to become Brand Director of the Loreal Paris brand in 2005 and became General Manager two years later. Amongst various successes, he initiated the brandfs successful partnership with the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).

In 2013, Stéphane Bérubé was named General Manager of Media and Innovation for L'Oreal Canada. In this role, he oversaw L'Oreal Canada's media investments and negotiations, as well as large scale corporate sponsorships. In April 2014, he was appointed Chief Marketing Officer and is now in charge of creating a pool of knowledge, activities, and development and expertise around five major axes: Consumer Care Centre, Consumer Insights, Business Intelligence, Digital, and Customer Relationship Management.

Mr. Bérubé, who was ranked among the Top 30 Under 30 by Marketing Magazine, completed the International General Management Program of L'Oreal at INSEAD. He sits on several industry boards, such as the Association of Canadian Advertisers (ACA), the Bureau of Broadcasting Measurement (BBM) and the Print Measurement Bureau (PMB).

He also sits on the board of La Fondation en Coeur, a non-profit organization that provides help and assistance to children suffering from heart diseases as well as to their families, a cause that he strongly supports.

Responsible for the eCommerce strategy and vision for the organization, Thierry has been instrumental in the development of the company’s online approach and emergence as a leader in Canadian ecommerce. 

Since 2004, Thierry has played an integral role in the management and innovation behind the Best Buy website. He has spearheaded many significant projects including the introduction of the online community forums and blog platforms. Thierry has been instrumental in bringing Best Buy Canada’s Total Retail initiatives to life, such as launching Reserve and Pick Up, eReceipts, Multi-Channel Fulfilment, Delivery Promise, and Ship-from-store. In 2013, Fred received his Fellowship Designation from the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada. He was inducted into the Canadian Retail Hall of Fame by the Retail Council of Canada in 2012. In 2003 he received the CGA Ontario distinguished service award for his extensive volunteer efforts with the accounting association and the local community.   Currently Fred is a member of the Board of Directors for the MyStore Division of the Retail Council of Canada and is Chair of the Finance Committee. Nancy’s marketing expertise resulted in the efficient acquisition of 50k+ members with a strong repeat customer base. Prior to co-founding The Peacock Parade, Nancy held several senior positions managing a wide range of accounts at Brand and Marketing Agencies in New York City.

Kevin Butler is Director of Marketing at OrderDynamics. He leads the corporate and field marketing efforts for OrderDynamics’ commerce and retail order management system. Kevin is regarded as a ecommerce and retail thought leader in Canada with over 8 years of ecommerce experience under his belt, plus numerous columns featured in Canadian Retailer, Internet Retailer, Retail Touchpoints, Direct Marketing News, and more. Prior to OrderDynamics, Kevin led marketing departments for Truition (now known as Aptean), one of Canada’s original enterprise ecommerce platforms, and Sitebrand (now known as SMITH), a pioneer of web personalization technology. 
Tammy Nyman

Tammy Nyman is the Vice President of Operations and Account Services at OrderDynamics. She leads the Account Services Practice, a team whose mission is to ensure OrderDynamics’ clients are maximizing revenue and profit potential of their clicks-and-bricks channels such as web, mobile, email, social, and in-store. For over 7 years, Tammy has specialized in creating effective Omni-channel retailing solutions that help retailers transform their online and offline marketing strategies into highly personal shopping experiences for their customers. Tammy has a BA in Psychology from York University and a degree in Advertising Media Sales from Humber College. Previously Tammy worked as a Media Planner at Cossette Media and in the Marketing Group at the Canadian Cancer Society.
Andrea Stairs

As eBay Canada’s managing director, Andrea Stairs leads the Canadian strategy and operations of one of the world’s largest online marketplaces and Canada’s second largest e-commerce business. In this role, Andrea is responsible for cultivating eBay’s community of Canadian users  -- from individual consumers to established brands and retailers -- and for overseeing all of eBay’s Canadian functions, including product management, marketing, business development, and public and government relations. 
Andrea was most recently head of marketing for eBay Canada, managing the brand’s marketing strategy and execution. She was also instrumental in launching eBay’s French-Canadian website and in leading the eBay Motors team in Canada. 
After receiving a BA from McGill University, Andrea obtained LLB and MBA degrees from the University of Toronto. 
Andrea sits on the board of directors of the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC). 
A native of Montreal, Andrea now lives in Toronto with her husband and young son and daughter.
